Tajh DeWitt

Therapist-in-training

Taking the step into therapy is like opening a door to a new chapter of your life, where healing and growth resides. It's a courageous act of self-care, a commitment to unraveling the complexities within and discovering your own strengths! In that safe space, you'll find guidance to navigate through the challenges that have been holding you back, unlocking your potential and fostering resilience.  This journey is not a sign of weakness, but an empowering choice to reclaim your well-being and build a more fulfilling life.

My name Tajh, a therapist-in-training in the Master's of Mental Health Counseling program at Queens College, and I am excited to begin working with you on your mental wellness journey. My approach is eclectic, pulling from insert approaches here. My core philosophy is that the therapeutic relationship is of the utmost importance. In session you will feel heard and understood and learn coping mechanisms that will serve you. I tailor my approach to each client and honor how their identities shape their life.
