Community is important to us. Join us on our social media pages and our events in NYC to follow and contribute to the conversation. We’re on a mission to build the biggest mental health brand for Gen Zs.
Therapists-in-training are final-year Master’s students who are receiving advanced training in psychotherapy, have completed a significant portion of their coursework, and are accruing clinical internship hours under expert supervision. As a highly competitive internship site, we are very selective, ensuring that our interns have the right combination of life experience, education, smarts, and intuition to provide best-in-class care for our clients.
"After working with Sol Health for a month now, I can see a significant improvement in my mental health & lifestyle. Sol Health creates a perfect environment where I can freely open myself up to an expert who is highly knowledgeable and very attentive to what I have to say. Since the sessions are online, I can attend the therapy session from my bedroom which creates a very comfortable and relaxed environment. "

" I was very pleased by how convenient and streamlined the process was for seeing a therapist. The sessions with Nadia are helpful and she is very supportive and attentive in what I have to say. I can’t recommend this platform enough as it is more accessible and personal compared to other online resources I’ve used in the past. "

" Being a student from Asian origins, mental health was not something people recognized as a medical issue, but was often associated with personal failure. Furthermore, addressing the issues of depression in university was often hindered due to a lack of personnel and resources. Having to wait 10 to 20 days discouraged me from getting help as I was already reluctant to admit that I needed help. For me, the most important aspect when treating mental health is getting help when you need it the most, and Sol Health was able to provide this. "

I gravitate towards the fact that I'm seeing a graduate therapist-in-training. I think there’s something that feels easier to make connections with people that are fresher—I don't want to say young—but have new perspectives.
